1. The bearing

2. Weighing sensor
At present, electronic truck scale adopts weighing sensor, especially resistance strain type weighing sensor. It is widely used as a sensor with high accuracy, good stability, mature technology and easy production.
The weighing sensor of electronic truck scale adopts a certain number of cantilever beam type or double cantilever bridge type weighing sensor according to the scale size and the length of table.
In order to overcome the differences in output impedance and sensitivity of multiple weighing sensors, the weighing sensors are connected in full parallel connection, and the adjustable precision resistance is installed in parallel connection at the output end of each weighing sensor accordingly, so as to ensure the accurate and reliable weighing results.
3. Measurement display system
The measurement and display system of the electronic truck scale amplifies the output signal of the weighing sensor in front, and then through A/D converter, microprocessor and display, the mass value of the goods on the electronic truck scale is finally displayed in the form of numbers.

5. Foreign bodies shall not be stuck under the platform of the scale.
6, the scale operator must be trained to operate, repair personnel in the absence of the necessary knowledge, shall not be free to remove any parts, so as not to affect the measurement accuracy or damage the system.
7, the operator of the instrument, must be detailed digestion and absorption of the instrument manual, master the basic principle, familiar with the instrument maintenance method before formal operation and use.
8. Check whether the power supply and grounding device are reliable before the system is powered on. Unplug the power plug of the instrument and cut off the power supply after work.
