Is there a standard for electronic truck scale?
Of course, there are standards, the national standard is mainly the accuracy of the scale, three scale, that is, the accuracy is 1/3000.
The international Metrology Organization (OIML) stipulates that the accuracy of the scale is determined by the verification index value (e). The general verification regulation of jJG555-1996 for non-automatic weighing apparatus in China is formulated with reference to the suggestion of international Metrology Organization, but currently there is only the regulation of III scale. Loadometer is a class III scale.
For grade III scale, the allowable error of 0~ 500E is ± 0.5E, that of 500E ~ 2000E is ± 1E, and that of 2000E ~ 10000E is ± 1.5E. For Class III scales, e= D.
For example: 60 tons of truck scale, E = D =20kg, then 0~ 10T allowable error is ±10kg, 10T ~ 40T allowable error is ±20kg, 40T ~ 60T allowable error is ±30kg
